Let’s go for a RIDE

Once again this year, our friends at FCCC wanted to make a big impact at the annual RV National Trade Show in Louisville. And once again, our team at the Ferg was along for the RIDE.


For FCCC, the show is the premier opportunity each year to get RV manufacturers and dealers excited about its new products, as well as new features to existing ones. In particular for this year’s show, FCCC had two objectives: 1) unveil an innovative new technology feature; and 2) introduce their new RIDE concept as a way highlight exactly how FCCC provides the most complete ownership experience in the industry.

Which is where we come in. We started concepting and planning all aspects of the show months in advance, as well as teasing the launches through print ads in trade publications and at select events. We then helped bring to life the entire booth, which included several interactive sections, a virtual reality display, driving simulator and cozy little campground. We also scripted and produced a high-profile, highly attended media event to announce the launch of OptiView – an industry-first, fully integrated, all-digital LCD dash display. We also utilized the stage to introduce the four actors we hired as R.I.D.E. agents who represent the components of FCCC’s approach to providing their members a supportive, comprehensive and ultimate RV experience.

We did a lot of everything in helping make this year’s show the best one yet for FCCC – and earned them Best Booth honors from a leading trade pub in the process. It was a long RIDE to get there, but it was well worth it.
